Same as my other syringe render, but here the liquid is more dense. Dont know which of the two I like most, but heres it is anyways. :)

Still, 3ds max 2009 / VRay.

I personally like this one better than the other picture, because the liquid inside looks like its glowing, which makes you wonder excactly what it is.....
